Our approach to privacy

Luker Studio is a small web design studio. We do not sell data, run ad retargeting, or profile visitors. This page explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the third-party services involved in operating this site.

Information we collect

Contact form

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, project type, and message. This information is sent via Resend (our email provider) to [email protected] so we can respond to your enquiry. Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes visitor behavior signals to distinguish humans from bots.

Project intake wizard

If you use the Share Your Vision tool, the information you provide — including business name, description, goals, design preferences, uploaded files, and contact details — is stored in Cloudflare KV (a key-value database) so your progress is saved and accessible when you return. This data is retained for up to one year and is used solely to prepare for our conversation about your project.

Domain name suggestions

The project intake wizard may offer optional domain name ideas based on the business name or keywords you enter. Suggestions are generated on our systems with simple name-pattern rules (not a third-party language model). Availability checks, when enabled, use DNS and registrar-style lookups through our infrastructure. No personal contact details are required for suggestions.

File uploads

You may upload brand materials (logos, color palettes, reference images) through the intake wizard. Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP, and PDF (max 10 MB per file). Uploaded files are stored in Cloudflare KV and retained for up to 90 days, or until your project is complete — whichever comes first.

This site relies on the following services to operate. Each processes data according to its own privacy policy:

What we do not collect

• Cookies. This site sets no cookies. Not for tracking, not for sessions, not for preferences.
• Analytics trackers. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no third-party tracking scripts. Cloudflare provides aggregated, anonymized usage metrics (page views, visit counts) that do not identify individual visitors.
• Payment information. This site does not process payments or store financial data.

Data retention

• Contact form messages: Stored in email. Retained for the duration of the client relationship plus one year, then deleted.
• Project intake data: Stored in Cloudflare KV for up to one year after submission. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
• Uploaded files: Retained for up to 90 days or until project completion — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis

Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we process personal data under the following legal bases:

• Consent: When you voluntarily submit a contact form or use the project intake wizard, you consent to the processing described in this policy.
• Legitimate interest: Cloudflare Turnstile and anonymized analytics are necessary for the security and operation of the site and do not override individual privacy rights.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through this site, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
